Mit fogunk csinálni?

Together we will harvest produce from the kitchen garden. There is tomatoes, zucchini, cucumber, celeriac, all the herbs, greens, Australia bush foods. Meats, grains, dairy, potatoes and onions will be sourced directly from local farmers. The menu will be seasonal - Southern Australian summer vegetables

Together we will cook, laugh and share a three-course meal, maybe a drink or two, while overlooking the hills of Mirboo North and the kitchen garden. If the weather permits, the BBQ pit will be fired up.
Other things to note
If the weather does not allow us to have lunch in the kitchen garden - the meal will be served in the food studio.

I grew up on a dairy farm in the South Gippsland. As a young girl, my time was spent reading the cookbooks that mum kept in the bottom kitchen drawer. Many weekends were spent making rainbow cakes with as many colors as possible – have you seen my IG feed @Jacican, not much has changed, and looking for recipes that I could cook using what was available in the cupboard or from the vegetable garden.

10 years ago I return to South Gippsland and start Jacican - Food Studio & Cooking School, where I grow what I cook and cook what I and the local farmers grow and produce

Hol leszünk?

Together we will spend the day in the Jacican kitchen garden, harvesting, cooking and sharing lunch.
The Jacican kitchen garden is on a 3/4 acre property in the town of Mirboo North, South Gippsland.
The kitchen garden supplies fruit and vegetables for the food studio and cooking school all year round. Everything is grown from seed on site. No sprays or chemicals are used in the garden.
