Mit fogunk csinálni?

We will meet you at the taxi stand in front of the village and walk with you to the lagoon. At the lagoon, we will board an 18 foot fishing panga and head out to explore the lagoon. Depending on the time of year, you may see roseate spoonbills, many species of cranes, herons, egrets and storks, kingfishers, crocodiles and more. If the lagoon is deep enough, we will venture back to the salt flats where you can see salt being produced the old fashioned way. We will have binoculars and bird guides on hand to help you with identification and let nature do most of the talking!

Hol leszünk?

We will visit the tropical mangroves and lagoon behind the village of Barra de Potosí. The lagoon is the nursery for many of the fish in our region and also nesting grounds for thousands of birds year round.

We operate out of the village of Barra de Potosí, located 30 minutes from Zihuatanejo and 45 minutes from Ixtapa.

What a magical experience! We went into the lagoon and saw so many birds including a stork and ofsprey as well as an alligator. It was so beautiful and our guide was exceptional. I would go again and I highly recommend this trip if you are nature/ bird lovers. It’s extraordinary.
