We could meet in Sempione Park in front of Arena civica and we star with slow jogging or fast walking in direction of Arco della Pace and Sforzesco Castle. From then we continue to Duomo Cathedral, Gallery Vittorio Emanuele, theater La Scala, Pinacoteca di Brera and then return at Sempione Park. We will do seceral stops and I will be happy to give insight about the monuments history and answer your questions about life in Milan. An example of workout in the park could be: jumping jack for 30sec, push-ups for 30sec, torso circles for 30sec, up & overs (30sec right + 30sec left), standing toe touch for 30sec, side lunge for 30sec, 15sec of rest and we do 45sec of squats with intervals (10 squat five times), high knee march for 30 sec, legs streach (30sec for each leg), seated toe touch (30sec for each), arms streach (30sec for each arm), chest streach, back streach, quadricep streach for 30sec, switch sides for 30sec. I can add (or take it off) more exercises if you want to workout on some specific body parts.
I can personalize the route, place and activity according to your mood and shape of the day.

Hi there!
I am Ruža a former model and athlete in 100m, high jump and handball. I have been living and working in Milano since 1998.
I am gym addict and started some years ago to help and advise people achieving better physical shape. I am also an adept of city walking and running and know all the streets, parks and monuments of central Milan inside out. I speak fluently Italian, English, Russian and Croatian.
I offer an active guided tour of the centre which may include at your convenience a mix of low-to high-pace walking and even a bit of running. At the end we can do some light workout.

First stop is Arena Civica in main and center park called “Parco Sempione”, we will pass near Arco della pace, then through Castello Sforzesco, Via Dante, Duomo, La Scala theater, Art Museum Pinacoteca di Brera, going back to Sempione Park.

Ruza is great and flexible with meet up time. We started with walking and talking, understanding each other: The talk is very interesting and covering broad topics, new language, new life page, Buddhism, Football World Cup, Hollywood and many life experiences; Ruza had been traveling across the world and i think you definitely can find something in common to talk. She brought me to Milan’s major attractions and introduce me local food and drinks. The we run in the city and cool down in the park... end up we finish in 2 hours, time flies. I pay her additional 1 hour upon mutual agreement. Great and recommend if you like running, jogging, it’s a unique experience for me.
