Chiara is a pastry chef and specializes in making homemade ice cream. We love eating, as much as we love cooking, teaching and sharing our food knowledge.
That's why our main goal with today's culinary experiences is to inspire all those who would like to master the classic mainstays and the traditional recipes of Italian cuisine.

A great experience and a chance to learn all about the science and art of gelato-making. Vanessa was very friendly and clearly dedicated to her craft! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and the gelato we made was fantastic. The instructions on what to do were easy to follow and we learned quite a bit about gelato. An excellent experience.

This was a highlight of our trip and gave the full authentic Italian gelato making experience in the heart of Rome. The staff were lovely and can’t wait to visit again!

Our host was awesome. He had good english, and interacted with us a lot. There were some kids in our group and it was fun to see them participate as well as getting to know them.

Experiência muito legal, ela explica tudo direitinho e nos deixou fazer o gelato, que por sinal, é muito bom! Ela nos recebeu muito bem, e conversou tudo em inglês. Uma experiência que com certeza vale!!!

A great gelato experience for all ages. You’ll learn the basics of gelato in an hour. The time is perfect. We had a great time from age 4 on up.
