This workshop is design for every person who want to learn how to relax and connect with the inner silence through breathing techniques.
Also for people who for any reason cannot breath properly or efficiently.
Goals:
Acquire an efficient breath.
Be relaxed and balanced in stressful events.
Find silence and connection within yourself.
Based on science. Through breathing we can improve our health, strength, and inmune system.
What are we going to do?
We are going to practice some exercises and movements at the beginning to be comfortable with our body.
Then we will practice abdominal and pectoral breathing, discovering which is the better and efficient.
After that we are going to learn pranayama techniques:
Anuloma Viloma. Surya Vedhana. Chandra Vedhana. Ujjayi.
All of them have different goals you will discover in this workshop.
Other things to note
Before the workshop I advice you a light meal, you can eat 2 hours before.
Also for people who for any reason cannot breath properly or efficiently.

Hello! I am Florencia, I have been giving classes and courses in Yoga the last 10 years. So I know the importance of breathing in yoga, and in life. I have noticed may people have problems dealing with it.
Ancient yoguis studied and developed technics to improve it, and even more, to use it as a medium to acquire different stages of consciousness, and peace of mind.
We are going to work using these techniques.
