Mit fogunk csinálni?

We will meet by a beautiful Jarun lake, get acquainted and set up at our workout spot, surrounded by nature and fresh air. We will begin with a warm up, followed by yoga stretching. Then we will dive into the main part of the workout, which will consist of 3 circuits. Workouts will include simple but effective moves in bootcamp style, which can be modified for all levels. You will get a full - body exercise using only your bodyweight. We will finish up with a relaxing cooldown stretch. The entire workout will last approximately 1 hour. It will give you an excellent energy boost for the day.
Afterwards we will enjoy in refreshment drinks and fresh local fruits.

*All levels are welcome
Morning outdoor workout is the best way to get energized for the day and stay on track with your fitness while traveling.
I am flexible with time and location changes. If you would like to do the experience at a different time and/or location, simply message me before booking

As a designer who loves what she does, I spend a lot of hours sitting in front of my computer. I have realized early in my career, while still studying for my Masters degree, that I will have to combat the consequences it could have on my body and mind. Today I have an experience of 7+ years of training in different styles, ranging from plyometrics, full body circuit training and HIIT to strength training and 1RM weightlifting. Except running. I really don’t like running. My broad experience has made me able to design a workout for any occasion, surrounding, fitness level or equipment available. I love moving my workouts outside when the weather gets warm. I would like to share what I love and inspire others to stay healthy and fit while traveling.

Hol leszünk?

Our workout session will take place on beautiful Lake Jarun, located south of the city centre. It is a popular spot for outdoor activities and it is very peaceful there in the morning. The meeting point will be in front of the Aquarius club, by the sculpture of the whale. We will be surrounded by nature, grass, trees, fresh air and water. Afterwards you can take a swim, walk, sunbath or have morning coffee in one of the cafes overlooking the lake

I had a great workout. Janja is a great instructor, and she adjusts to your fitness level. And she reminded me how I hated doing burpees! I would highly recommend.
