Casetta del Mastro

Casetta del Mastro is located in the heart of the historical center of Assisi, a few steps away from the Cathedral of San Rufino and a few meters away from the Rocca Maggiore. Close to bars, restaurants, groceries and shops. Equipped with every comfort. It is easily reachable on foot from the Matteotti pay parking. Possibility of free parking at about 200 m. Also reachable by bus. Tourist tax is of € 2/3person per day to be paid upon arrival.

In seguito alla recente attivazione dell’ ztl, nelle ore di chiusura non si può raggiungere il nostro garage Residenza d'epoca nel pieno centro storico di Assisi, comoda per muoversi a piedi con parcheggio gratuito in loco. La casa comprende un'ampia sala da pranzo con vista sulla Basilica di Santa Chiara, cucina, due camere da letto con due bagni riservati provvisti di vasca da bagno e doccia. Fornita di wi-fi televisione e riscaldamento.

Casa su due livelli collegati da scala interna, con ingressi indipendenti. Al piano terra cucina completamente attrezzata, zona giorno e bagno con vasca idromassaggio. Al piano superiore due camere da letto, di cui una matrimoniale, una stanza versatile utilizzabile come salotto o camera, e un secondo bagno. Tre TV satellitari. Ambienti spaziosi, curati e confortevoli, ideali per coppie, famiglie o piccoli gruppi in cerca di relax.

All'interno del piccolo borgo antico di San Terenziano, caratteristico cielo-terra su tre piani, finemente ristrutturato, dotato di tutti i comfort e ideale per trascorrere le vacanze all'insegna della scoperta dell'Umbria. Da qui è possibile raggiungere facilmente quasi tutte le cittadine più caratteristiche della regione come Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Todi, Trevi, Spello, Montefalco, Orvieto.

The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
