Country cottage in the northwest of S.Miguel, with views to the ocean, the mountains and the fields. An option for those who want to explore the main attractions of the western part of the island, but wish to stay off the beaten track. PLEASE NOTE THERE`S A CAT living in the cottage (she's an INDOOR/OUTDOOR CAT) and it might not be suitable for those who are allergic or don't like cats. The cottage is relatively secluded in a rural environment with farms, animals and all that comes with it.

"Immersion into nature" at its most literal definition. You'll have your private paradise in nature. Surrounded by waterfalls (2), wild plants, flowers, rocks, birds and even some fish. A soundtrack—the water streaming down from two sides of the property—will follow you into your sleep. Everything is aimed at minimizing distraction from the intrinsic beauty of nature, you'll be in your own bubble, yet a small village market and a bar are conveniently located less than 100mt. (300ft) away.

“Casa AuriI” is a lovely and traditional stone house, located in the centre of the little village of Faial da Terra, an ideal location to explore the East part of São Miguel Island. 1 double room with foam mattress 190cmX140cm. Sitting room. Equipped kitchen. Bathroom (see all in the lists). Patio, little garden, private parking. Near “Casa Auri”: famous trails: Salto do Prego etc. Cafetaria and little supermarket market. From Ponta Delgada airport to Faial da Terra by car: 67km/1h15’.

Casa Bela Vista

Casa Bela Vista is a happy, colorful family house. A place to rest your soul. Can accommodate 2-4 people and a baby or toddler, as we offer a travel cot if needed. It is a spacious house, consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchen, and a living room. Has a terrace with a panoramic view of the sea (south) and mountains. It is often possible to see by naked eye, groups of dolphins pass the sea of the Amora bay, a nearby beach where you can walk from home and enjoy!

The Japanese Cedar Villa, measuring almost 70m2, has a bedroom, a living room with a dining area, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony. The bedroom can have a king size bed or 2 single beds, just let us know what you prefer. It is equipped with air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi and a television. It is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate a 3rd or 4th person (children or baby) using an extra bed in the living room (without blackout).

The house was degraded, in ruins and was recovered by us during 2015.
