The minimum age for our guests is 12 years old, documents such as a passport will be requested to confirm age.

The house is from the early XX century and it belonged to the "Americam Cable Company". It is located in a central area of the city and guests are able to walk to Horta Marina, Naval Club, Peter Sport Cafe, supermarket... Wide and bright rooms. We love to host and we will be expecting you.
