Linger over a coffee in the zen, vine-covered courtyard at this secluded cottage nestled in the back of a period property in Berkeley. Crisp white sheets, craftsman furniture, and painted wooden cladding make for a sophisticated yet rustic haven. The main room is cozy with a big skylight, comfortable queen bed, swivel chair, and desk and chair. There is a small kitchenette. Farm Cottage With Private Pool

*NOTE: the pool is solar heated and is only open JUNE 1- OCTOBER 31. Private, quiet, peaceful family or couple-friendly rustic farm cottage, wine country retreat with a private pool minutes away from wineries, like Schug, Gloria Ferrar, Viansa, Ram's Gate and Sonoma town square. Solar-heated pool is open June-October. We are locked in by three dead-end roads, so it's very quiet. Large deck, large pool patio, kids' play structure, and more. Horses are our neighbors and life slows down here.

Tucked away on the border of Orinda and El Sobrante, our fully remodeled romantic cottage features a kitchen, deck, and private parking. This space is perfect for romantic getaway, with many hiking paths and restaurant nearby. With one bedroom and one bath, this cottage provides freshly remodeled atmosphere of romance, warmth, comfort, and home. This cottage is nestled in the back corner of our property, with ample privacy and a designated driveway. It is a perfect home away from home.

The Valley Cottage Inn

The Valley Cottage Inn is nestled in the Vineyards of Suisun Valley, which is just 20 minutes from the World renowned Napa Valley. Several wineries with tasting rooms are nearby. Hiking and mountain biking at Rockville Park and road cycling the country roads are popular outdoor activities. Jelly Belly Factory, golf and Six Flags Amusement park are all within a 15 minute drive. We are 45 miles from San Francisco in one direction and 45 miles from Sacramento in the other direction.

New build, all one level, no steps to entrance from street. Private quiet dedicated guesthouse. Plentiful, free street parking w/in one block. Keyless entry. 450 sq ft but feels larger. Queen bed, large closet, full kitchen, large bathroom, private patio. Free W/D. 2-55" TVs with digital antennae +Roku. Kitchen table doubles as desk. No cleaning fee. Our family plays in shared yard late afternoon with 2 friendly dogs. 7-28 days firm. For two guests, choose "2" when booking.

Wisteria Garden

Wisteria Garden is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage located less than three miles from the Sonoma Square. This is a no-smoking property. There is no smoking allowed in the house or on the property. The TV service we use is Roku with at least 3 of : Netflix, Apple+, Disney, HBO, and Showtime. Sonoma County has the following regulations in place: Quiet hours are 10PM to 7AM No amplified music outside. TOT #: 2694N Maximum occupancy is four adults and children.

Immerse yourself in wine country! The "Bottage" is a recently updated farmhouse style 2 bedroom, 1 bath home, set on 2.5 acres with 2 acres of Pinot Noir vineyard. It is also walking distance to tasting rooms, the popular Lou's Luncheonette and Hanson's Distillery. It is conveniently located on one of the most popular biking routes in Sonoma, only 5 miles to the Sonoma Square, 10 miles to Napa, and 40 miles to San Francisco.

Sonoma SummerHouse

Surrounded by roses, lilac and a vineyard, on a two acre lot, the SummerHouse offers a unique experience to its guests. Just two and a half miles from the downtown square, the cottage remains a respite from the tourist hustle and bustle. Activities such as hiking, biking and wine tasting are close by but if all you want to do is relax on the ample porch with a glass of wine, you’re in the right spot! We welcome all visitors.

Andrea’s Hidden Cottage is newly remodeled and beautifully furnished and updated with a queen size bed and posturepedic mattress, flat screen cable television, heating and air conditioning, and stainless steel appliances including the refrigerator, microwave and kitchen sink. As a special thank you from the Tommasi family for being our honored guests a complimentary bottle of wine will be waiting for you upon arrival
