An EV Type 2 charger is available. Guests can come as they are or bring their horse(s) and rent a pasture or stall for an additional fee. Owner lives on site in a separate building. Our one bedroom with a loft is 1400 sq ft directly across from Greers grocery store, above Towne & Beech, and a stones throw from Page & Palette. There are so many shops & restaurants within walking distance of the condo and I love sitting on the balcony taking in the sites. The master bedroom has a king bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a master bath with tub and separate shower. The loft area has a queen bed with a tempur pedic mattress also a twin daybed and bathroom with shower.

Lob Lolly Farm of Point Clear

This 1100 sq foot apartment is located in the top of our barn. It is very nice and fully furnished with a well appointed kitchen. Our barn is a working barn with 3 horses that come and go. I will allow a pet but must approve and there is a 75.00 pet fee. St Francis Church is a 3 minute drive and the Grand Hotel and Little Point Clear a 5-7 minute drive. Downtown Fairhope is a 5-7 minute drive and a straight shot from my farm, - Gulf shores/Orange beach is 41 minutes away.
