Hello and thank you for your interest in our Villa at Solimar, Luquillo. Solimar is a beautiful, quiet, gated community with Pool, Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts, Playground, Gazebo and just a few steps from the Luquillo Beach. There is a $25.00 cash parking fee per vehicle for the whole stay, paid to the gate guard. Any missing items from the villa will be additionally charged. Jacuzzi is not available for use! The Villa is equipped with a generator in case any power outages occur.
