Kai Cottage is a contemporary, stylish, light & relaxing space located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Constantia Hills. It is a self-catering 1 bed studio apartment with a shower bathroom, a well-fitted kitchen, a comfy lounge and a private balcony. It is best suited for professionals & couples. Enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by a green belt and mountains. Central to lots of activities such as hikes/walks, wine farms, local restaurants and shops. We have many pets on the property, 4 friendly dogs which is, 1 ridgeback, 1 Labrador and 2 medium mixed breeds, 3 cats and 2 bunnies. It is very family friendly, but also perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is parking inside the property. Regarding safety, we have a security guard on our road whom Patrol all the time

Blackwood Studio

A modern and beautifully decorated house, nestled in Hout Bay, with magnificent views of the mountain. This is a great place for singles or a couple. There is a queen bed that sleeps up to 2. The staircase down to the house is steep so is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The oven/stove is gas, the hot water is gas, the internet is solar driven and we have 2 battery lights for guests use.

Sunbird cottage

Welcome to Sunbird Cottage, a free standing 2 bedroom unit. The cottage also includes a loft in the open plan area which is furnished with a queen sized bed. The main bedroom is also equipped with a queen sized bed and has its own shower/bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. On the same property you can find Penguin and Porcupine Cottage.
