Little Pink Cottage welcomes you to Fanning Island overlooking the St Johns River from your private deck~Cozy studio, brand new, comfy Queen bed, table for 2 or enjoy morning coffee or evening drink on the deck and enjoy the amazing, ever changing views of our wonderful river. Dolphins, pelicans, egrets can often be found playing, frolicking and fishing around the dock. Fishing poles are available for you & bait shops are near by. Come rest, relax & rejuvenate in our little paradise by the sea.

Parking for 1 vehicle only Studio apt. attached to our house but privately separated. Centrally located in Jacksonville, only a ten minutes to the beaches, 12 minutes to mayo clinic. Unit has all you need for a week long stay or just one night. Full Kitchen and laundry. Decorative Lighted patio available for all guests. Comfortable Queen sized bed easily sleeps 2, crib available on request for infants younger than 2. Hosts are friendly and answer communications immediately. Thank you.

Treehouse Hideaway in the Timucuan Preserve

Our treehouse is located on 1 of the many islands located within the Timucuan Ecological Preserve and has been branded as the North Florida Keys(it is accessible by car). The Hideaway was just recently remodeled with modern taste and simple design to ensure that our guests feel comfortable in every aspect of their stay. The space has 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room. The house also sits on a large lot so our guests can bring their boats or pwc’s to enjoy the local waters.

This cabin has a king bed in private bedroom and 2 single rollaways for additional guests. Furnished kitchen w/full size frig. Screened porch, and bike path to Huguenot Park, a drive-on beach park 1+ miles. Deep water access to St. John's River. 30' Floating dock available with required waiver.

The XO House

Private gated driveway leads you to The XO House. The property is 2.5 acres. Parking is available for all the toys. Great for boaters. Close enough to downtown Jacksonville to see a Jaguar’s game or any event downtown. 8 miles from Mayport Naval Base. There are 3 parks located within a 3/4 of a mile. Fabulous views of the St. John’s River. Explore the trails and unique historical sites. The property is located at the highest point in Jacksonville. No one has these kind of views.

Perfect place if you love the beach or the military base. Lovely little apartment. Very quiet neighborhood on private dirt road. Perfect place to watch the shuttle launches. Lots of extras in the unit. Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park right across the street from our neighborhood. Beautiful Park with hiking trails and biking trails and lakes and picnic areas and beautiful beach. 10 minute bicycle ride to the beach or the navy base. 10 G Internet, and full cable with on-demand movies.

This unique, recently built tiny home has a style all its own. A perfect getaway for two. This 1 queen bed/ 1 bathroom is close to the beach, St. John’s River, local fishing and Naval Base. The house is right across the street from the Mayport Boat Ramp and St. John’s River Ferry with plenty of parking. You do not have to go far to enjoy fresh off the boat local seafood at two of the best seafood restaurants in town within walking distance.

Guest House is about 3-5 miles from the beach, the Naval base and the Coast Guard base. It's approximately 4 miles to Mayo Clinic. The ICW bridge is walking distance from our property. The property backs up to the woods and a stream runs through the back yard. It is very peaceful. There is a private parking driveway just for guests. Note: No pets allowed. Note: Absolutely no smoking in the house or on the property.
