Surrounded by stunning Mountain View’s and towering green trees this barn is sure to please as it is neatly tucked in to the back of our two acre property, sitting behind our beautiful log home. With a full kitchen, full couch and TV, king size bed, and washer and dryer in the bathroom, you are set to stay as long as you like and feel right at home while on your Alaskan vacation. The barn house is 640 square feet total.

Our 2021 constructed craftsmen cottage is nestled in the woods but very close to Palmer. This is a quiet 8 acre parcel but only 5 minutes from breweries, shops and restaurants in downtown Palmer. Close to Hatcher Pass, Independence Mine, Glaciers, Hiking, Musk Ox and Reindeer farms. The owner's house is also on the property and they are available to you throughout your stay. The owners have lived in Alaska for over 40 years and are committed to helping you with all there is to experience!

Newer custom 860 square foot ground level apartment attached to a 2500 square foot shop. Shop noise will be minimized during your stay. The apartment is a 10 minute drive from downtown Palmer, 25 minutes from Hatcher Pass and a beautiful 45 minute drive from north Anchorage (60 minutes from the airport). The apartment is a great base location to explore Alaska with easy driving to hiking, fishing and local tourist attractions. Alaska state fairgrounds are a quick 15 minute drive away.
