The street where our building is located is closed to vehicle traffic, and due to our neighbors being hotels, it is both very secure and quiet. Throughout its 150-year history, our building has experienced 9 major earthquakes without sustaining any damage. It is believed that the building was constructed by Armenian and Greek stonemasons.
