Existe uma esplanada no exterior com uma churrasqueira e mesa para 8 pessoas, uma cama de rede para desfrutar as tardes de sol ouvindo os passarinhos ou se preferir a sua playlist favorita com sistema de música ambiente Bluetooth. Na propriedade existem dois espaços com acesso ao jardim e piscina exterior Dentro do complexo existe sempre alguém disponível para o informar ou esclarecer em tudo aquilo que for necessário, desde sugestões a lugares a visitar de grande interesse cultural artístico ou gastronómico que existe na região. It is quiet and serene and yet within walking distance to a lively cafe which serves excellent meals. It is 15 mins to the beach and 5 mins to the lovely town of Caldas da Rainha.

Located 1:20h away from Lisbon in a rural village called Venda Nova, however it is located just 8Km away from Nazaré and 5km from São Martinho do Porto the main cities around.You can go on foot from the house down to the beach of the Salgados and in the region it is common to see people doing Parasailing, Surfing and other adventure sports.
