Grazioso appartamento nel centro storico di San Maurizio Canavese,in zona tranquilla,fresco e rilassante,completamente ristrutturato. Distante 2,5 km dall'aereoporto di caselle,20km dal centro di Torino,e Stazione di Porta Nuova,15km dalla Reggia di Venaria e Juventus stadium.Questi luoghi sono facilmente raggiungibili con la stazione ferroviaria(Torino-Ceres) con treni che passano ogni 30 minuti,Distante 50 metri a piedi dall’alloggio,come anche minimarket,farmacia,bar ristoranti e molto altro.

La casa si trova in un piccolo paesino ai piedi delle montagne. Siamo a 50 km da Ceresole Reale, nel cuore del parco Nazionale del Gran Paradiso. L' appartamento si trova a pian terreno di una palazzina a due piani dove, al piano superiore abitiamo io e mio marito. Gli ingressi sono separati. La piscina è privata, noi solitamente la usufruiamo la sera, a volte, dalle 18 alle 19, condividendo un aperitivo con gli ospiti. Per il resto è tutta vostra! Solitamente nei weekend non siamo in casa.

Questa piccola ma accogliente casa, completamente accessibile, curato nei minimi dettagli per cullarvi nella suggestione montana, è costituita da un unico ambiente che ospita un letto matrimoniale, un angolo cottura e un bagno e affaccia su l’area esterna attrezzata adibita a solarium.

We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.
