Cozy, remodeled bungalow near downtown Ferndale

Enjoy a visit to our summer home in Oak Park. It's a 1 mile drive through our historic neighborhood to downtown Ferndale. A 2 bed 1 bath built in 1930 was fully remodeled in 2020, including the addition of AC. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do when we come home to work remotely near family twice yearly. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen; we love to cook! But make sure to take advantage of all the bars and restaurants in Ferndale. If traveling with the pup, there's a large fenced-in yard.

A “magical getaway”, eye candy”, “a respite”, "the best Airbnb ever". Best porch in Ferndale. Ideal location in gorgeous historic Northwest Ferndale with unique homes and tree-lined sidewalks. Great art and rock n roll/eclectic decor. A few blocks to shop, pick up food, dine at one of our many foodie destinations (1/2 mile/8 min walk). Cute, clean bungalow located within walking distance from everything downtown Ferndale has to offer. Can hold a max of 4 people with 2 queen bedrooms. It is a tight fit with that many people since it is a small 750 square foot bungalow. Perfect location if you are in town for business or pleasure. Close to Ferndale restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and the Detroit Zoo. Keypad entry makes coming and going a breeze. Pets are welcome. Additional $100 fee will be added while booking.
