These apartments have spacious living areas with flat screen televisions and SKY TV. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and hobs. Your hostess, Dorothy sailed the world with husband Derek. I am now comfortably settled in our shore-side residence. Come and be at home here. As the canal-front is unfenced, I am sorry, we cannot accept children.

We have two spacious, comfortable studio units tucked privately away in a garden setting on our 1400sqm property close to Whitianga's upgraded town centre, marina, supermarkets and The Warehouse. Beach, estuary, cafés, bars and eateries are also handy - everything is approximately within a 10-15 minute walk. The units have ensuite bathrooms, tea and coffee making facilities, microwave, Freeview TV, free wi-fi, a queen bed, indoor-outdoor flow with a garden outlook. Guest parking on-site.

Created with flair & love by its on-site hosts, offering the traveller a modern, luxury, self-contained option to busy motels/hotels ensuring a great nights sleep after a busy day. Centrally located, within a short walk to launch your kayak in one of the canals, or alternatively a short flat cycle or drive to gorgeous Buffalo beach, the town center with its assortment of cafes, restaurants, shops etc, only a couple of minutes commute.

Quail Cottage

A beautiful loft-style cottage on a private property only moments from Cooks Beach. Take in the serenity of this coastal Hamptons style space, complete with a kitchenette, ensuite, lounge area and private deck. Here you can relax and enjoy a drink overlooking the landscaped gardens, with only the native quail birdsong and ocean waves to be heard. Set in a quiet location, local restaurants, convenience stores, tennis courts and nature reserves are all within an easy walking distance.

Cooks Beach Studio Escape

Renovated studio room, blonded timber, quality modern fit out and restful decor make this room a pleasure to reside in. BACK OF PROPERTY – Cozy on Cook Enjoy a quiet, self-contained studio at the back of the property, offering a more secluded stay with a private enclosed deck. Just a short walk to the hot mineral Lost Springs and the town centre and waterfront. The Lookout

The Lookout is a stand alone guest cabin located on an elevated private 10 acre property just 5 minutes drive to Cooks Beach. Situated next to regenerating bush, it offers views through to Mercury Bay Winery, the Purangi Estuary & beyond to Mercury Bay itself. Entirely self contained, The Lookout is lined with warm natural timbers and has a comfortable queen size bed. It also has a private deck area perfect for morning coffees, BBQs, stargazing and bird watching.

Twin Palms self contained accommodation

Self contained stand alone accommodation in quiet street, parking right outside the unit. Close to estuary, an easy 15 minute flat walk to main street. Open plan living measuring 7m x 5.3m with queen sized bed. Living area, spacious bathroom, towels and soap provided. Kitchenette has sink, microwave, toaster, toasted sandwhich maker, fridge, jug, bistro style table and chairs. Coffee, tea, milk, and sugar supplied.
