Happy Valley Studio rests in a lovely rural neighborhood, near 2800 acres of Community Forestlands hiking trails. It's ~15 minutes (3.6 Mi) from the Ferry to the San Juan Islands/Sidney BC, and an easy 5 minutes from downtown Anacortes. You will love the quiet neighborhood, and our lovely gardens and pond. Clean, cozy, roomy studio apartment with its own private balcony entry and skylights to keep it bright and cheery. Fully equipped kitchenette, with a microwave and refrigerator (no stove.)

Lighthouse with Hot Tub

Unique fun space! if you are adventurous and want to crash at a very unique spot this is it. First floor has a mini fridge, smart TV, instant hot water kettle, coffee maker, bottled water, day bed with plenty of bedding in storage. Then you climb the ladder and go up to the tower. There is another single bed. Out the door is a private deck overlooking the San Juan Islands with a table and chairs. Take your coffee or wine out and enjoy the day. head back down take a dip in one of the hot tubs

Anacortes Waterfront Complete Remodel/Hot Tub

Kick back and relax in this completely remodeled space with comfy living room, gas fireplace and stunning views of Skagit Bay. Watch for eagles, seals and otters, maybe an occasional Orca whale! Take a hot tub with a view or hike miles of trails nearby. Beachfront and also near to Deception Pass State Park. Beach access for kayaking, SUP, crabbing etc... Short drive to Anacortes for shops, dining, art galleries or ferry to Guemes Island. A 1.5 hour drive from Seattle or Vancouver BC…no ferry!!

The studio apartment is located at the foot of Mt. Erie overlooking Lake Campbell. Just minutes away from Deception Pass, historic downtown Anacortes, and a short drive to La Conner. Anacortes is the gateway to the San Juan Islands. Enjoy your coffee on the patio watching eagles and other wildlife. Located on beautiful south Fidalgo island, you are 7 minutes to Deception Pass bridge, 13 minutes to downtown Anacortes, and 17 minutes to the ferry terminal to the San Juan islands.
