In the winter (from October to March) you might be lucky to be here during a big wave swell and in the summer (April to October) you can enjoy our swimming pool. Regardless the season, the sea view is always available, it's a quiet area whilst you are at 5 minutes walk to the center of Sítio da Nazaré. Tipo estúdio para duas pessoas a 150 metros da praia de Buarcos. Acesso com escadas. Próximo existem restaurantes, supermercado, lojas e parques de estacionamento. Na marginal da praia podemos fazer caminhadas ou corrida. Tem terraço com vista para o mar, é muito agradável para observar o pôr do sol. No interior tem ar condicionado e o bloco de cozinha está equipado. O meu espaço é bom para casais ou estadias individuais. Taxa turística 1,5€ por pessoa por noite (máximo 7 noites)

The beach is at 8 min walking distance as you can see from our pictures! You can easily park the car in our street with no parking fee. Very peaceful place, far from the summer crowd and noise, but still close enough from the beach and center by walking distance in case you prefer! You won't regret it!
