Casa Isabella: Serenity By The Sea

Casa Isabella is 5 minutes walk from the centre of the the village of Malfa on the island of Salina, one of the seven Aeolian Islands off the north-west coast of Sicily. This two storey house was recently renovated to exceptional standards and restored in typical Aeolian style with a contemporary twist, sleeping two people comfortably. The house has magnificent uninterrupted views over the ocean, including from the double bedroom, the two covered outdoor terraces and the front garden. It is bordered by grape vines on one side, olive trees to the other, and the ocean in front. The double bedroom upstairs has a window overlooking the sea and also views back to Malfa, and has an en-suite bathroom and shower. Downstairs there is a large living area that opens onto a covered terrace which is perfect for entertaining, a modern eat-in kitchen opening to another terrace, and another bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is minimalist in design with resin floors and new fittings throughout. All bedding and bath towels are supplied (please bring your own beach towels), and the kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air-conditioned and also has heating for the colder months, as well as a slow combustion fire-place. The house has television and wifi, but no telephone. Mobile reception is good. The house is a 5 minute walk from Malfa shops and village square, a 10 minute walk to Malfa port and a 15 minute walk to Punta Scario Beach. It has plenty of parking space for a car and/or scooters, both of which can be rented in Malfa. Casa Isabella is perfect for a week, a month or the whole summer season! Minimum stay is 7 nights. Casa Isabella is also our holiday home, and we ask that you treat it as if it were yours. Upon arrival, we will supply a full information guide to the house, restaurants and other sites and services in Malfa, and the surrounding islands. Cleaning fee is €50 and is to be paid in cash directly to the cleaner upon checkout. PLEASE NOTE, THIS HOUSE IS SUITABLE FOR ADULTS ONLY.

Prenditela con calma in questo spazio unico e rilassante.Percorrendo lo storico e caratteristico sentiero che parte da Val di Chiesa e scende verso la costa si raggiunge Battiato Home Lo spazio esterno ombreggiato dal tipico cannizzo dà accesso al living room con la cucina dotata di tutto, ed accanto vi è una camera da letto con bagno in camera. La scala aperta sul living conduce al piano superiore in cui vi sono una camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno e l'accesso ad un terrazzino.

Tipica abitazione rurale arcudara degli inizi dell’ottocento finemente ristrutturata nel rispetto dello stile architettonico eoliano, ma dotata di tutti i confort del terzo millennio composta da una camera matrimoniale, un bagno, cucinino, terrazzo per un totale di due posti letto. E' anche possibile affittare l'intero complesso immobiliare composto anche dalla casa "ranni" per un totale complessivo di 8 posti letto. La casa si trova a circa 360 gradini dal porto in località Tonna.

Alicudi, Isole Eolie, Antica casa contadina su isola ancora selvaggia, arredata con mobilio dell'isola, restauro conservativo. Isola non ha macchine, solo muli portano bagagli e spesa, la casa è a duecento metri di altezza sul mare. raggiungibile solo a piedi per le mulattiere a scale( 20\30 minuti a piedi). Un isola arcaica in cui la natura è sovrana, tempi lenti a cui connettersi. Senza luce nelle strade solo stelle e luna. Per questo il minimo soggiorno, in casa, è sette notti.

To reach the house from the port it takes approximately 20/25 minutes on stone steps. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday this is the right place!

From the terrace you will have the pleasure of admiring a breathtaking view of Lipari. The house is a small part of a typical countryside house. There is an open living room with a kitchen zone - in this room it is possible to open up a divan bed, or if you prefer two single beds. In the bedroom there is a double bed, and when necessary there is enough space to add a single bed. The bathroom has a shower and there is also an outdoor shower on the terrace.
