Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. So kannst du den Urlaub in unserem Cottage richtig geniessen.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Die Wohnung ist ideal für 1 oder 2 Familien geeignet bis total 6 Personen plus 2 Babies/Kleinkinder. Der Ski Bus hält alle 30 Minuten in unmittelbarer Nähe (250M) und bringt Sie bequem bis zur Talstation. Tiefgaragenplatz, Aussenparkplatz, Spühlmaschine und Feuerstelle sind inklusive.

Baita dell'Est e' ubicata a Possabella, frazione di Mese a soli 5 km dalla bellissima Chiavenna,alle porte della Valle Spluga e Val Bregaglia a soli 50km da St Moritz e 40 dal Lago di Como. This beautiful, newly built two family house with spectacular views of Lago Maggiore, Ronco, Italy, Ascona and Locarno will take your breath away. The spacious apartment (150 m2) has floor to ceiling windows in every room, an open plan custom designed kitchen, a large terrace overlooking the lake and two parking spaces. It also offers a lift and is fully wheelchair accessible. Ascona, lake access and shopping facilities are a short 10 min car ride away.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
