Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. Oia Nautical Dreams is a cozy private house with an amazing view of the caldera. It is right by the famous pedestrian path of Oia but as it is on a higher level offers privacy and superb views. On the first level, you will find a comfy lounge area with a sofa, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. Following the internal stairway will take you to the open bedroom with a queen size bed. From the lounge area, you have access to the private balcony with the Jacuzzi and breathtaking views.

Ragoussis Beachfront House

Located in Livadia, in the island of Paros, at a wind protected cove in 20m walking distance from a sandy beach. The total living space is 105 m2, it can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests and is ideal for large groups or families. Surrounded by terrace, at an elevated position which offers sea view, walking distance from the beach and the center of Paroikia. Following the Cycladic tradition, the house has been painted white. Inside however, has decorated in minimal design.

Zoe Junior Apartment

Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.

Elisabeth's Small Apartment is located in the “Old Town”, 100 m from the main entrance of the Castle of Naxos Chora. The apartment is less than 300 m from the central market of the island and from the picturesque alleys, 800 m from the port of Naxos and 700 m from Saint George beach. Elisabeth's Small apartment offers air-conditioned units, electric hobs and appliances for your meal preparation and a large balcony overseeing the garden and the Aegean Sea.

Our new Private cave house is renovated in 2017 and decorated by our interior designers with great taste and elegance, relaxing colours and romantic details. It has a double bedroom with an king size, built , double bed, and a loft with a double wooden bed , a large comfortable living room with one built sofa bed and a table with four chairs . There is an LCD cable TV, Wifi, a fully equipped kitchenette and a modern bathroom with a built shower place.
