Τhe apartment includes two bedrooms,two bathrooms(the one of the bedroom has ensuite bathroom)kitchen, living room,courtyard,and free parking space.

Εξοχική κατοικία με θεα την θάλασσα. Αποτελείται από δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες (ενα διπλό και δυο μονά κρεβάτια) κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Κάτω από το σπίτι υπάρχει παραλία όπου φτάνεις από μονοπάτι με σκαλοπάτια σε δύο λεπτά. Στο πίσω μέρος του σπιτιού υπάρχει κήπος με σκαλοπάτια και επίπεδα με χώρους ανάπαυσης. Das traditionelle Steinhaus grenzt an einer Seite an die natürliche Felswand. Das Bad ist ganz in den Fels hinein gebaut. Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

On the north side of the island that is most popular and where you find the best beaches, restaurants etc.

Στην γειτονιά μας υπάρχει ,φαρμακείο,καφετέρια με ποικιλία προϊόντων και νόστιμα πρωινά.Επίσης βενζινάδικο και ιατρικό κέντρο.Το χωριό απέχει μόλις 1χλμ απο το Β.λιμάνι του νησιού,τον γραφικό Εύδηλο Ικαρίας όπου εκεί θα απολαύσετε,καφέ, φαγητό και οτι άλλο εσείς επιθυμείτε.
