It has a private entrance and outdoor sitting area. The Alphington train station and buses to the city are all within 5-minute walk. Local market is on every Sunday by the Alphington station. The Stables have been converted into a spacious, sun-lit, private, fully self-contained accommodation over 2 levels with a shared garden and independent access (allowing you to come and go as you please). It is a short stroll to great food, leafy Edinburgh Gardens, public transport and bike paths.

This rustic little studio cottage is a 8x5m room in my backyard. It is also connected to my art studio on the south side. There is a separate side gate entrance on the right or West side of the house with a keycode. I will send this to you directly. The cottage is fully self-contained, kitchenette, frig, microwave, electric plug in hotplate, shower, toilet, WIFI, table & chairs, linen, Electric blanket, no TV. There will be some further notes to orientate you upon arrival.
