We are delighted to invite you to our ancient, and completely renovated, "Il Gallo" (the rooster) Bed and Breakfast in the Tuscan hillside above the walled Roman town of Lucca. After a 15 minute drive up from Lucca you will find yourselves surrounded by olive groves with stunning views out over the mountainsides and valleys. Your room After leaving your car in the shade of the olive trees, after just a few steps you will be at the private entrance to your romantic bedroom with lovely views from every window - even from the shower! There is an en-suite bathroom complete with toiletteries and hairdryer. There is a small pantry with a fridge, microwave, kettle and necessities to prepare a picknick and/or aperitivo to be enjoyed on your terrace. Ceiling fan for hot summer nights!

At 2 km from the historic center of Sarzana, the B&B Alla Fortezza is located on the Sarzana hills, on the border with Tuscany and a few km from the 5 Lands. From our bed and breakfast you can observe the Fortress Castracani and a relaxing sea view. The room is spacious and comfortable and the bathroom is covered exclusively in Carrara marble. The B&B Alla Fortezza is what you are looking for if you want to spend a few days in total relaxation in nature but also near the center and the sea.

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

Appartamento indipendente al piano terra di una villetta sulla Via Francigena ad 1 km dall'uscita del casello autostradale di Aulla nel paese di Terrarossa nel cuore della Lunigiana, terra ricca di storia, borghi medievali e castelli. Luogo ideale anche per visitare Le Cinque Terre, la Versilia il Golfo dei Poeti , raggiungibili in circa 30 minuti, oppure escursioni in giornata anche nelle città d'arte come Pisa Firenze e Genova in circa un'ora sia in macchina che in treno.

La camera da letto è comoda e molto luminosa grazie alla finestra e al Velux che si apre nel soffitto spiovente con travi a vista. Il bagno, composto da doccia, lavabo, wc e bidet, è interno alla camera. Ci sono i condizionatori inverter sia in camera che in cucina. Agli ospiti di questa camera è riservato uno spazio privato di fronte, al piano giardino con una piccola terrazza propria detta "Place Mignone" dove ci sono un tavolo e delle sedie per pranzare fuori.

E' disponibile inoltre la piscina ad uso comune con gli altri ospiti della struttura. Il prezzo indicato è compreso di prima colazione per 2 persone. La villa è situata in zona collinare in posizione strategica ad un passo dalle cinque terre e da luoghi di interesse culturale e naturalistico nel meraviglioso Golfo dei Poeti. Al primo piano si trova la camera da letto che ha una finestra con vista sul Golfo e accanto un balcone. Il bagno è privato fuori dalla camera.
