La casa si trova ai piedi del parco e della Villa le pianore, un tempo residenza estiva dei principi Borbone e a pochi chilometri dalle spiagge versiliesi. La casa e' composta da una grande cucina/soggiorno attrezzata con termo camino, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde e piano cottura elettrico, frigorifero. Dispone inoltre di due camere matrimoniali dove è possibile aggiungere ad ogni stanza un letto singolo. Ampio bagno dotato di vasca in stile impero. All'esterno potete godere di un ampio giardino privato e recintato, garage coperto per auto, giochi per bambini, e lavatrice. La casa è situata in ottima posizione per poter visitare città d'arte come Pietrasanta,Camaiore, Lucca, Pisa, Firenze, oppure le slpendide spiaggie della versilia, come Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Torre del Lago con la villa museo di Giacomo Puccini , il festival pucciniano,o fare gite in battello sul lago. Nelle vicinanze ci sono negozi vari, farmacie, supermercati,locali notturni, ristoranti, come \\\LA DOGANA///che dista circa 500 m, ottima la cucina e posizione meravigliosa. Aereoporto piu' vicino: Pisa circa 35 km, stazione piu' vicina: Viareggio circa 10 km. distanza dal mare circa 5 km. The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Le Lagore - Tent&Stable Glamping Experience

The tent has a unique and inimitable style, as well as the use of the highest quality materials. A fully equipped bathroom and kitchen are housed in the restored old stable ruin, located next to the tent. Guests can enjoy the private pool and a hammock overlooking the sea. Just 15/20min walk from the village, easily accessible yet still secluded and surrounded by nature. The sky and the breeze will provide the perfect ambiance for an evening of stargazing, making it an unforgettable experience.

Per raggiungerci dovrai percorrere 600mt di strada sterrata facilmente percorribile con tutti i mezzi. La struttura è dotata di piscina arredata, terrazza panoramica. Inoltre abbiamo alcuni servizi su prenotazione e a pagamento idromassaggio caldo all’aperto, palestra, massaggi otre al nostro servizio bar e ristorante alla carta.

Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley. This newly renovated cottage is situated in a historic private estate immersed among secular olive trees and stone walls. The whole living space, which includes an entirely equipped kitchen, opens on the terrace thanks to the huge patio window offering a breathtaking view on the Gulf of Portovenere. There are two separate bedrooms with closets and French windows opening on the terrace, and a bathroom. The laundry area is in a separate adjoining space.
