Our beautifully converted barn is ideally located in the picturesque village of Ruston. Set within a stunning Grade II listed farmstead, just 50 metres from the edge of the North York Moors National Park & with easy access of coastal walks, beaches & market towns including Whitby, Pickering, Filey, Cayton & Malton. Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

Fabulous, Cosy, Unique Barn Conversion

Fabulous cosy barn conversion located in a quaint village but a stones throw from many of the lovely beaches located on the east Yorkshire coast. Fantastic wood burning hot tub in the rustic outside den for your private use. You will have the whole barn to yourself including balcony which includes a charcoal BBQ, you can sit and chill while watching the sun go down. Also private side garden. Inside there is a roaring log burner to snuggle up to. Pets are welcome but are limited to one please.

Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

The Owlery at Mill Farm

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. Crumbleclive is a beautifully restored 100 year old cabin set within the dramatic backdrop of Crunkly Ghyll. It was originally the ‘Gun Room’ for the local estate in the 1890s! The Cabin has a balcony overlooking the gorge with the River Esk rapids visible at the bottom. Surrounded by Oak trees you will feel amongst the treetops as birds gather on the branches around you and fly through the gorge below. It is perfect for couples wanting a romantic getaway to recharge the batteries!

Set in a secluded spot, this cosy hut offers peace, nature, and stunning paddock views- just a 15 min walk to Scarborough.
