Enjoy the unobstructed views of Denali/Mt. McKinley, “Sleeping Lady” (Mount Susitna), and the Anchorage skyline from 1600ft elev.

What we do offer is a serene and peaceful home in the mountains with a rugged natural landscape, and occasional visits from bear and moose. If you’re lucky, you may have a front row seat to Lady Aurora dancing from the spacious and comfy hot tub! We are roughly forty-minutes North of the Airport, and 15 minutes away from downtown ER.

Or, if you prefer to sit and relax and read a book, the view from the deck or living room couch of the Anchorage skyline and Denali/Mt. McKinley is spectacular.

Our place is located in south anchorage up on the hillside surrounded by beautiful trees and right by the hillside park , it’s a very safe and private neighborhood. You will have you own studio apartment to yourself. We are 3.1 miles from the closest grocery store (7 mins). We are 5.5 miles from the alaska native hospital (11 mins). We are 0.8 of a mile from hilltop skii area and hillside park (3 mins) and about a 5 min. walk. We are 2.4 miles from the alaska zoo (5mins).

Walking distance to the Glen Alps Trail Head (Flattop Mountain), but also just a short drive to all the wonderful things to do in and around the Anchorage area, and beyond. ***During snow season, October thru April, you will need all-wheel or 4 wheel drive to access the property. We are also subjected to power outages in our area due to extreme weather conditions***
