Unbelievable views from every window; even on a rainy day, you'll catch yourself frittering away the time staring up river, or at the surrounding coast range mountains. Truly heaven on earth. This is the place to get away from technology and reconnect with nature. The Cottage is one of three houses on the property - only grassy areas and river bank are shared.

We love our home, and we know you will too. Seagrass is a perfect place to relax and unwind on a quick getaway or an extended stay. Bring your furry friends, DOGS only- no cats -(up to two), with our approval and a fee of $25 per pooch. Please note that in order to keep our house friendly to non-pet owners alike, we do not allow dogs on furniture.

Honeymooners and couples love this rustic cozy beach cottage! Tucked away at the end of a private drive is “Starlight.” Enjoy the romance as you sit by the fireplace with a warm beverage and take in the crashing surf! Stairs lead you down to eight miles of sandy beach that is literally your back yard.
