A small stone house amidst olive trees situated in a large private property with amazing sea view where guests can find peace and quietness. The house is of walking distance to a beautiful sea and to the village where our guests can enjoy both the crystal clear beaches and the various restaurants, coffee shops and events . While staying with us they will be able to also enjoy some of our organic fruits and vegetables, home made goat cheese, fresh eggs, olive oil and olives.

Ο χώρος μας είναι ακριβώς πάνω στην παραλία της Φοινικούντας με άμεση πρόσβαση σε αυτή μέσω μερικών σκαλιών που σας οδηγούν κατευθείαν στην αμμουδιά. Η θέα είναι απεριόριστη και βλέπει όλη την περιοχή και τον κόλπο. Είναι απόλυτα εξοπλισμένο με ότι χρειάζεται. Διαθέτει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, καναπέ και πολυθρόνα που ανοίγουν και γίνονται διπλό και μονό κρεβάτι αντίστοιχα. Αυτός ο ξεχωριστός χώρος είναι κοντά σε όλα, διευκολύνοντας τον προγραμματισμό του ταξιδιού σας.

Στούντιο με θέα τον Μεσσηνιακό κόλπο και τους πρόποδες του Ταΰγετου. Κατάλληλο για καλοκαιρινές διακοπές αφού βρίσκεται στην παραλία Καλαμάτας! Με τη θάλασσα ακριβώς δίπλα και πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό, καφέ και ποτό. Το κέντρο της πόλης βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση (στάση λεωφορείου ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι). Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια και μοναχικούς επισκέπτες. Παρέχονται δωρεάν δυο ποδήλατα για βόλτες στον ποδηλατόδρομο της πόλης.

Aeraki Stone House with infinity pool

Το Aeraki, ανεξάρτητη κατοικία στο ισόγειο του κτηρίου, προσφέρει άμεση πρόσβαση στην κοινή πισίνα 54 τ.μ. (μοιράζεται με το Aerides), με ρηχό τμήμα/τζακούζι για χαλάρωση. Απέχει μόλις 1 χλμ από την παραλία Περούλια, με εύκολη πρόσβαση στις γύρω παραλίες. Φιλοξενεί 2 ενήλικες και 1-2 παιδιά και βρίσκεται σε αγροτική περιοχή με ελαιώνες. Η βεράντα δίπλα στην πισίνα, με θέα στους απέραντους ελαιώνες, είναι ιδανική για γεύμα ή ποτό.
