Welcome to the Indie Farmer Shepherd's Hut. Located on a family farm in its own private 8-acre field surrounded by woodland in rural Sussex. The hut is the perfect retreat from the modern world and ideal for those looking to slow down. Highlights include the wood burner for keeping warm during the winter and the outdoor fire pit and tripod grill for cooking. There are lots of lovely walks on the farm and locally, along with a great pub. It is also 15 mins by car to the beach at Cooden, Bexhill.

On site Facilities include, showers, washing and toilets along with a cafe and shop. Also home made pizzas available from the wood burning pizza oven on a Fri evening.

There is an emperor 7 foot wide bed and a standard double 4 foot 6 bed, even with both beds set up there is still a nice spacious entertainment area, this includes a TV, DVD, Firestick. There is a large kitchen area with sink, 3 burner hob, oven and grill and full sized fridge freezer supplied with utensils for your dining convenience. Full shower/toilet facility

Spacious Caravan in Combe Haven Holiday Park. Our holiday home sleeps up to 6 people. The caravan consists of 3 bedrooms: one master bedroom with a double bed, two twin bed rooms with single beds. There are two toilets, one larger with a shower and heated towel rail, a dining area, TV, an open plan kitchen area with dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas cooker with oven and grill, microwave, kettle, toaster. The caravan is double glazed and heated with fan heaters in each room.
