L'alloggio è un bellissimo bilocale a 50 mt dal mare completamente ristrutturato, con camera da letto matrimoniale, soggiorno con cucina e divano letto matrimoniale, bagno con doccia, terrazza coperta abitabile. L'appartamento, dotato di ascensore, aria condizionata, wi-fi e tv, e' in zona centralissima ed è vicino a negozi, ristoranti, supermarket e farmacie. A 100 mt c'è un ampio parcheggio libero. Non c'e' la biancheria (lenzuola e asciugamani da bagno), si puo' averla pagando un costo extra.

L’appartamento è dotato di quanto può rendere confortevole un soggiorno di vacanza per un massimo 4 persone. La struttura è situata nel centro di Follonica a 600 metri dal mare e 200 dalla stazione ferroviaria, vicina a tutti i servizi.
