Nearby are vineyards and GWU. 7 1/2 acres of serene beauty - sit by the pond and fish or hike the cleared trails down to the flowing creek. End the night sitting by the firepit. Sleeps 4-6 people. 1600 sq ft house with 2 BR, 2 Baths, den, and a beautiful open concept living dining and kitchen. Queen air mattress for den. NOTE: 6/25 upgraded to Starlink. Wi-Fi is no longer an issue.

1B/1BA cozy cabin with large deck space, fenced in yard, and incredible mountain views from all rooms, deck, and hot tub. Watch the sun go down while sitting in the hot tub or while grilling on the upper deck. Then retreat down to the fenced in yard and make smores while sitting around the fire pit. While Hurricane Helene shifted the landscape of our sweet village, we are seeing significant progress each day in the town's rebuild, shops and restaurants are now open. The cabin has no damage.

Five minutes to Rutherford Hospital, easy access to TIEC, the nearby blueridge mountains, historic Asheville and Hendersonville or if you are looking for something different you could easily visit Charlotte or Greenville SC.
