Exposed brick, hardwood flooring. One bedroom, one bath unit close to so many wonderful restaurants and shops! Queen size bed. Stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Washer/dryer in unit. Parking included as well! Key code entry only! There are also beautiful doors that open onto Washington St. No pets!

Beautiful, large 2 bedroom apartment with stunning sunset views. Full kitchen with Keurig Coffee, microwave, oven/stove, toaster, and refrigerator. The large family room has seating for 11 while you watch cable TV. Please NO SMOKING on these premises. Swimming pool MAY be available. The pool is our families, but it often works out that my guests can use it. You must communicate your wishes and we will see it's availability. An outdoor grill is available.

Basement Studio Apartment/No cleaning fee

Beautiful, spacious, private backyard with porch swing, tree swing, and outdoor lighting. Includes kitchenette with fridge/freezer, Keurig, microwave, toaster, small convection oven (big enough to cook a frozen pizza), as well as a small supply of snacks/breakfast items. Gorgeous tile bathroom with claw foot tub. Couch and loveseat for relaxing. Hulu and Netflix included, as well as board/card games. Includes desk area for studying/working.
