One block away, is a natural food store, apothecary, bakeries, izakaya, pub, movie theater, library, art galleries, playground, and more.

From the studio, walk to 2 different beaches, or 5 minute drive to Mendocino. Dogs allowed with registration and pet fee.

The Guest Nest is a newly renovated private guest unit with ocean views is located across the street from the Caspar Headland trail, 5 minute walk to Caspar Beach and store, with sand to stroll along, swim or surf, and 5 minute drive or 15 min walk to the Point Carbrillo Light House. This beautiful single story guest suite is surrounded by three private decks for your enjoyment. It is 768 sq ft. and is part of a larger home.
