The Green House on Remington is a cozy turn-of-the-century house with new modern comforts and a convenient place to stay in Old Town. Easy walking to CSU campus, also to the downtown area with its variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The house has a spacious backyard and patio. Our recently remodeled home is a perfect getaway for all. The house is a duplex, with two working professionals living in the basement. They have their own separate entrance and do not share any spaces with you.

Perfectly cozy and close to Old Town

A few things to note first! - We live upstairs with our two children, so while we always try to be courteous, some noise may travel. - There is no air-conditioning, but the space stays comfortably cool during summer (and we have circulating fans). If these things work for you - we'd love to host you! Surround yourself with style in this thoughtfully designed and clean space. Our new one bedroom unit is located near beautiful open farmland - with only a short 5 minute drive to Old Town!

Coll Cottage - a charming rural private studio

A two acre property adjacent to Devil's Backbone Trail Head and surrounded by public county open space on three sides. The rock formation behind the cottage surrounds the property with privacy. The host, a nationally known western landscape artist, has his studio in the barn on the property. The main house is an historic structure built in 1920's. The Cottage has all of the amenities for a luxurious stay in the Colorado foothills, 26 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.

The Space Enjoy your stay in our lofted, modern carriage house in downtown Loveland, newly built in spring 2024. Designed with hospitality in mind, this upscale 2-bedroom apartment is filled with natural light and sleek, contemporary finishes. The unit will be decorated for the holidays from after Thanksgiving until end of December!

Mid Town FoCo, Quaint Little Space for 4.

Great location! Keep it simple in our clean and centrally located space. Awesome spot for couples or singles to adventure in Fort Collins. This property is attached to another space used as an Airbnb. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 9 am. The space does not share any walls but a door off the kitchen area, which has a partition and remains locked. You will not have any interactions with other guests, but possibly in the parking lot.

Old Town Guest House/Studio

Old Town Fort Collins detached / private guest house. This modern sunny and clean guest house/studio is above the owner's detached garage. It has a private entrance and oversized deck. Less than 5 miles to Horsetooth Reservoir and Lory State Park.
