Unwind, Colorado-style in this newly-built house in oldtown district. Every room is beautifully curated with all the emphasis on luxurious comfort. A very well stocked kitchen, plush linens, black-out curtains, Smart TV’s, and more. Well-behaved dogs are welcome: Fully fenced yard and 2 dog crates (wire kennel type)are available. We ask that pets not be allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture. The bunkbed room is set up with a few toys & books. There is a pack'n' play & highchair as well.

You'll have access to the entire place (just mind my things tucked away) including 3 full bedrooms (2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 in finished basement), 3.5 baths, laundry, entertainment & bar. My place is close to public transport & activities and great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). NO cleaning fees & stocked with food you are welcome to consume. I have bikes that can be used too.

Located just 1 mile from the heart of downtown, this house is located in a charming neighborhood. You should have everything you need, towels, linens and toiletries. The kitchen is stocked. Including dinnerware, utensils, pots/pans, cutlery. We've got entertainment with TV's in every room. Enjoy your stay!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. It is a tri-level home with full use of the two car garage (no pin pad located outside of the garage). There are two bedrooms (1 queen bed and 1 double bed) with a pull out as a spare. There are two and a half bathrooms. There is parking located along the outside (front) of the house as well as extra spots located to the side of the house for additional parking. This house has plenty of space, is bright, and has a private patio.
