Private cozy detached upstairs apartment 1 mile/ 20 min walk to the New Dickies Arena, 0.4 miles to UNTHSC and the Museums. 0.7 miles / 16 minute walk to restaurants, nightlife and shopping. Also close to downtown Fort Worth, TCU, The Stockyards and Botanical Gardens. NOTE: parties not allowed and 1 vehicle maximum.
