Little Bear Studio/Den is part of a house located at Little Bear Farm, an 8 acre private property with a large yard and field for romping with a dog, sledding, or walking around our pond and fields. Conveniently located near Banner Elk and Valle Crucis, we are close to shopping or the slopes. We are adjacent to 450 acres of forest that is part of the Blue Ridge Conservancy, offering hiking trails to the public. Wickiup Cottage has an open floor plan. The cottage features a Fully updated Kitchen with a Refrigerator, Full size stove and a microwave for cooking for a weekend stay or a month long visit, which is open to the living room with daybed for extra guest and large private deck of the back overlooking the beautiful property of Yonahlossee Resort. The Bedroom has a King size bed adjacent to the spacious bathroom with a newly updated walk-in shower.

Cozy Condo at Sugar Mountain Ski Resort

200 yards from the slopes, 400 yards from the golf course and the tennis courts, Cozy Condo with its nice deck is the perfect place to relax with friends, family and Fido. This apartment does not have AC because it is located 5200 feet above the sea level. Due to the high elevation, of Sugar Mountain, the highest temperatures are high 70s during the afternoon which does not happen a lot, and 60s during the night.
