This beautiful and cozy house is just 5 minutes away from the beach of Foz do Arelho and the Obidos lagoon. You will live the whole country and beach experience,also 10 min away to the city of Caldas da Rainha and the medieval town of Obidos It is really cute and it has a great temperature, it has a garage space and a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your days. It has an enormous garden with lots of trees and flowers and you will only hear the sound of birds. There is just nature around.

We are nestled on the hillside in an area of outstanding natural beauty with uninterrupted views down to the Obidos Lagoon at the end of the garden. The lagoon is home to a huge variety of water and wading birds, flamingos, storks, purple heron and curlew, plus fish eels and shellfish. With one hectare of garden we offer a truly tranquil environment where normally the only sounds are from our feathered friends.

Its not necessary to go on a big journey out of Lisbon to get to a rural house made of stone in a calm and relaxing area. Located 1:20h away from Lisbon in a rural village called Venda Nova, however it is located just 8Km away from Nazaré and 5km from São Martinho do Porto the main cities around.You can go on foot from the house down to the beach of the Salgados and in the region it is common to see people doing Parasailing, Surfing and other adventure sports.

In the winter (from October to March) you might be lucky to be here during a big wave swell and in the summer (April to October) you can enjoy our swimming pool. Regardless the season, the sea view is always available, it's a quiet area whilst you are at 5 minutes walk to the center of Sítio da Nazaré.
