Die Villa Amicorum liegt umgeben von Weinreben und Olivenbäumen in einer ruhigen Ortsrandlage von San Pietro mit lockerer Bebauung. Die Anlage besteht aus 2 komplett eingerichtete Häusern für jeweils 4-5 Personen. Die Wohnflächen betragen 2 x 68 m² und können einzeln oder gemeinsam gebucht werden. Es gibt zu jedem Haus zwei Terrassen, Süd/Ost sowie Süd/West. Der angelegte Garten, der von einer Natursteinmauer umgeben ist, hat eine Größe von 2.300 m² hat. Neuer Pool 10x4 !

Da qui percorrendo la litoranea è possibile raggiungere facilmente anche Peschici, Vieste, la foresta Umbra, e imbarcarsi per le Isole Tremiti, visitabili in giornata. il luogo ideale per la tua vacanza tra mare e natura in tutto relax.

La posizione strategica delle casette permette di raggiungere facilmente sia la costa, quindi le lunghe spiagge pescaresi a 20 min con la macchina , sia la montagne più alte degli Appennini a circa 40 minuti, quindi entrambe le location a meno di un ora di distanza dalla residenza.

L'interno offre una camera matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia e un soggiorno-cucinotto con balcone vista mare. Agosto: minimo 7 notti da sabato a sabato. Biancheria non inclusa. The natural surroundings are ancient and will put you into a beautiful, relaxed and lazy Dalmatian hypnosis!
