Ici vous êtes tranquille, les voisins sont à 1 km. (parfois on entent l'àne) La maison est entourée d'oliviers, d'alovera, laurier-roses...et les fameux petits murets en pierres. Vicino alle più belle spiagge della zona e a pochi minuti dalla piazza dove fruire del servizio di traghetti per l'isola di Tavolara. Nelle immediate vicinanze supermercati, ristoranti, banca, lavanderia e negozi di vario genere.

Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.
