Two cats live on property (Buddy & Braveheart) but probably wont impact on guests unless they are cat lovers!

You can pat our friendly cows, see the new lambs, get a visit from our resident kookaburras, king parrots, rosellas & cockies during your stay- or even a wombat on some nights!

Mornington Peninsula Paradise - Self-contained cottage.

Our cottage was originally transferred from the Melbourne Botanical gardens. It is studio style with a seperate shower & toilet room. It has a queen bed and we supply all linen. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, electric stove & microwave & all needed appliances, crockery and cutlery. We provide basic breakfast items. The dining area has a table & chairs a TV. There is good wifi. From your private deck you overlook a spacious bush garden with the Sweetwater Creek flowing at the bottom.

Warneet Retreat

Warneet retreat is a cosy little home away from home. It's ideal for couples or singles. It has a queen size bed. Well behaved dogs are welcome! It's separate from the main house and has front and back doors, a fenced deck and barbecue area. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron supplied. The kitchen has a large fridge, electric cook top and microwave oven. Relax in front of the 55 inch TV, watch Netflix or play a game.The retreat is heated and cooled by a split system.

Dandaloo Luxury Escape short drive to Yarra Valley

Dandaloo Luxury Escape is a self-contained 2-bedroom house set in the grounds of Dandaloo homestead, circa 1890s. It has been tastefully renovated and built to take in the ambiance of surrounding gardens and natural bush. Each morning of your stay you can begin the day by enjoying a leisurely breakfast on one of the 3 decks, using the quality provisions left for you in the fridge. Later you can relax in the outdoor bath on the back deck and maybe see kangaroos or king parrots.

Light filled and very spacious, elegant one bedroom apartment with a pull out QS sofa bed also available in separate lounge room. We offer approx. 120 square metres of fully self contained living attached to our residence. Relax in comfy recliner arm chairs and enjoy the beautiful sunset views from the lounge room or enjoy them from the large private deck area, or watch our Smart TV enjoying your complimentary wine and food platter. Enjoy quiet walks to secluded beaches and explore local village eateries, boutique shopping and wineries. Nestled in large, private garden 100m from the beach, this is the place to escape the city and to breathe in the tranquility. Great for short, medium and longer term stays.

Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.

Beauford Lodge

My place is good for couples. There is only one bed room plus a sofa bed down stairs. Beauford Lodge is a peaceful semi-rural retreat, just over an hour from Melbourne, on the Mornington Peninsula. Wine, home made chocolate brownies and home made bread & jam for breakfast, (no Gluten free alternatives or other food intolerance's catered for).
