"Peaceful Heart" Log Cabin on Ruth Lake

Orig. from Germany, we love our little paradise on Ruth Lake and would like to share it with you. We live on the same property, there is enough room to respect each other's privacy. You are welcome to the gifts of nature and the use of kayak, canoe, fishing boat( licen.) bicycles. We are very well travelled and know exactly how nice it is to find a welcoming home away from home. Enjoy a glamping experience in the cosy Snug (10ft. by 12 ft.). With high peaked ceiling, the snug sits at the waters edge. Access your private bathroom inside the main house through the doorway closest to the snug . At night you may be lulled to sleep by the lapping of the waves. You might see beaver who swim by under the willows at dawn and dusk and stop to nibble on the willow leaves, raccoon or deer. Bald headed and golden eagles nest above hiking trails in the pine forest steps away.

Secluded lake front cabin

Lakefront cabin at a quiet fishing lake (10HP boat limit) Almost 1000' lake frontage on a 10 acre property. This is a modern cabin/house. Landscaping is difficult in this area, but there is a nice patio and amazing views! You can walk around the lake which is about 5km, or one hour. This is a quiet area. There is a campsite on the other side of the lake, and approximately 20 other cabins around the lake. On summer days you will see people float around the lake on docks and small boats.
