Welcome to Cherry Pip a unique & exotic getaway. Ideally suited to 2 people/+baby wanting a relaxing stay in a fabulous location with far reaching views. Great base for Golfers, Walkers, Surfers and Artists. Only 10 min drive to Saunton beach., 15 mins to Croyde. We are onsite & available for any help & advice if needed. Excellent restaurants/pubs within a 15 minute walk away down a country lane. We have a sweeping drive but once at the property it's level as is the Suite . Sorry no pets

It is a 10 minute walk from The Tarka Trail with traffic free cycling, walking and running alongside the river. The trail connects to the market town of Barnstaple and the village of Braunton with its surf shops and cafes. The Heanton Court Inn is within walking distance along the trail. Saunton Sands beach is only a 15 minute drive with its three and half miles of dog friendly golden sands and surf

The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! The Aluminium Palace is a 1960 Airstream caravan, lovingly restored & decorated. It is on our farm with a private hot tub, bbq, fire pit, outdoor table & chairs, outdoor sofa in a fenced private garden suitable for kids. Inside is a bathroom, sleeping, cooking and living space. The adjacent shed has a dishwasher, washing machine & storage. Suitable for a couple or a family of 4. Well behaved pets permitted. NOTE: The toilet space is tight.

Come and stay in our cosy off-grid Shepherd's Hut. It's in a peaceful, rural location, next to our woodland and orchard, with fantastic views over the river valley and beyond. We are near world-renowned surf beaches and there are excellent walks both by the sea or further afield on Exmoor. Otherwise, you could just put your feet up, relax and admire the view!
