We are in the Brevard Lumberyard Arts District , a beautifully progressive part of town. Within walking distance to everything , the loft is the perfect location when visiting Brevard. The loft on the second floor of our newly built home is all yours. Plenty of windows and natural light greet you on entrance. A good size kitchenette with all necessities but NO STOVE! Extra large bathroom with shower and 5 1/2 ft claw foot tub. A reading nook with day bed. Off street parking. Private entrance.

Guests will enjoy a private entrance and a outdoor dining area. We are right there if you need anything, but we are prepared for you to..... Relax under a rain-head shower in the luxurious bathroom.
