Beautifully situated in a semi rural location, with easy access to the New Forest and local beaches. Lymington and Milford on sea just 3 miles away. New Milton and Barton-on -Sea just a couple of miles away. The annexe has a super kingsize 6ft Bed. This can also be configured as two 3ft singles. We can also provide a Z bed or Sofa bed in the lounge area for a third person.

The Bird Hide is ideal for singles or couples (max 2 people) interested in exploring the local area with its own garden and separate access. A comfortable king size bed, seating area and with it's own dining and inbuilt kitchen, it offers all you need for a short stay. It has a separate bathroom, as well as on outside decking area to catch the evening sun. The Bird Hide is 5 minutes walk from Freshwater Bay, even closer to footpaths to the Downs and the local village via the SSSI trail.

Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).

Explore the heritage castles & monuments, the beaches & surf, and family friendly parks throughout the island.

The Nook - Forest/Coastal Luxury Studio

Originally the out building of our grade 2 listed cottage, this little studio boasts a Hot tub in the courtyard, overlooked by mature trees & lit by festoon lights. Attached to a beautiful farm house, and set within the New Forest National Park, the Bolt Hole offers a wonderful place to relax. Enjoy the hot tub and take in the garden and paddock views. When it is chilly, draw the curtains and light the wood burner. Quiet and peaceful yet 2 minutes' drive from a great village which has two super pubs. 5 miles from beaches and 3 minutes' drive to the wonderful New Forest. Bring your dog too, there are fields for them to run around in.
